Mud Monsters Run is a proudly independent, family‑run obstacle course event based in the heart of Sussex. What started as a simple idea — to bring people together for a day of mud, laughter and adventure — has grown into one of the South East’s most loved muddy challenges. We’re passionate about creating unforgettable experiences where everyone feels welcome, supported and ready to take on the mud.

We believe obstacle courses should be fun, inclusive and full of heart. Our mission is to build events that challenge you just the right amount, boost confidence and leave you grinning from ear to ear. Whether you’re a first‑timer, a seasoned OCR runner or someone who just loves getting muddy with friends, we’re here to make your day unforgettable.

Why do we do it?
Because since we began in 2014 we’ve seen the magic that happens when people step outside their comfort zone, support each other and embrace the mud. We love watching friendships form, confidence grow and families make memories that last long after the mud has washed away.
